Blip.TV deleted my account for "copyright violations." I am pretty sure this is because they took a look at the SCC vid when I sent them a question about uploading subtitles, so if you don't bring yourself to their attention, you're probably okay using them for streaming.

A pity; their video quality is significantly better than BAM.
