Website update

I've updated my Website with ... um, everything I wrote in 2004 that's in an archivable state at the moment, since the last time I updated it appears to have been September 2003. I made minor revisions to "The Language of Angels" and "Bake Sale: A Mixed Media Collage"; the changes are probably invisible except to the author's fond eye.

I also junked the fandom-specific index pages, since it was getting kind of silly, and just put together indices by fandom and by date.
