I am in a terrible mood, so I would like to make it better by seeing people say nice things about vids. Let's do a vidding love meme.


Instructions/Rules

1. Comment with your username, a link to your vids, and the fandoms you vid for (or a selection you've vidded the most for, if you're all over the place).
   
2. People will comment telling you what their favorite vid by you is, what show/character/pairing they think you vid best, and other positive comments. They can also mention what they think you should vid more of, or anything else concerning what they like about your vidding. If you don't want anything like suggestions for what you should vid more, just mention it in your original comment.

I think of your vid Drumming so often, it epitomizes one of my most beloved characters so well, and her illness, and the reasons why I identify with her. I see myself in that vid a lot and I cry every time I watch it.
Your vids are among the first ones I ever saw when I got into vidding and I remember many of them fondly and they taught me so much about timing, clip use and how to make a vid flow right. Grow Old With Me, Through the Deep Dark Woods and Afire Love are my recent faves of yours.
And, I've told you that before but it bears repeating, you motivate me to vid more than ANYONE ELSE, by talking about vidding as passionately as you do and because you always have encouraging words when vidding feels hard. <3

Many many fandoms, I started with Stargate Atlantis, there's Supernatural, Young Guns, Men in Black, Marvel movies and many small fandoms. Most recently I made quite a few Fast & Furious vids.

cherryice! I've never really moved over here, so my vids are listed over on LJ here, as I also keep forgetting to finish putting things up at the AO3. I'm rather panfanish, so there aren't a lot of repeat fandoms. I've been vidding a lot of movies lately, but there are a couple of repeats in DW/TW, BSG, Life on Mars, Merlin, and Avatar: the Last Airbender.

I generally vid both very small and large fandoms. Fandoms include: Supernatural, Buffyverse and a lot of other shows. Asian Dramas and Musicians. Lots of different movies too - horror, action packed, romance, etc. Also Soap Opera's such as ATWT and DOOL.

I'm always excited to see a new vid from you, even better when it's in a fandom I know. Even when at first I don't see how that fandom + song combination could possibly work you always make it fit extremely well. Two of my favorites are "runs in the family" and "Primadonna."

Kneel Before the Queen was one of my favourite Festivids that year and what made me want to finally watch the movie (which I have seen since, and I loved it, and I still think your vid is so perfect for it). My other fave of yours is Firework because it encapsulates the movie so incredibly well and makes me so HAPPY. You have a big talent for picking vid songs that feel like they were made for the source.

I've got a vid tag on LJ, a masterlist that's current through 2014 (oops) on my website, and vids that escaped the copyright police on YouTube.

Vidding is my fandom tbh so my vids are all over the place, but you'll see a lot of superheroes (DC / Spider-Man / X-Men...somehow I never got into the MCU zeitgest).

You started out better than most and have still managed to improve so much over these past few years. I feel like all of your vids are Festivids if that makes any sense, like, the love you have for the source comes shining through in every one of them. I love that you do so many happy-making fun vids, though of course that doesn't mean your more serious vids aren't awesome too. And omggg I so need to pay more attention because I'm seeing so many of my favorite comedies in your masterlist (so yeah, exactly what I said about happy-making fun stuff). :D

Your editing skills are killer and Sick is still one of my favorite action vids. ♥ I love that you can see the influence of so many different vidding communities in your work, it makes for a unique and very cool style. And you introduce me to so much cool music! :D

You make great thinky-thoughts vids of course but I love that you've also trended towards fun stuff lately, like with your Zoolander vid. You've made some of my favorite BSG and Merlin vids and your Dexter/Criminal Minds crossover was genius and made me wish I'd thought of something like that (except I probably wouldn't be able to vid that much blood, oop).

I don't know if anyone loves their fandoms as much as you love your fandoms tbh. I Love It is one of the best "I love this show and IDGAF what you think" vids ever. Beyond that, your stanning for femslash is refreshing and sorely needed IMO and you've made one of my personal faves for Festivids in each of the past few years. Through the Deep Dark Wood and All We Got are particular standouts...and speaking of that first vid, WHAT is going on with them this season, omg.

One of the best things about Festivids for me is discovering amazing vidders that I didn't know about and you're pretty much the epitome of that for me. You've had one of my favorite Festivids every year and your Journey vid in particular STILL takes my breath away with how beautiful and perfect is it. ♥ ♥ ♥ The light, the crossfades, the musicality, the atmosphere, the flood of gold over "on fire," ahhhh I love it so much.
