I am in a terrible mood, so I would like to make it better by seeing people say nice things about vids. Let's do a vidding love meme.


Instructions/Rules

1. Comment with your username, a link to your vids, and the fandoms you vid for (or a selection you've vidded the most for, if you're all over the place).
   
2. People will comment telling you what their favorite vid by you is, what show/character/pairing they think you vid best, and other positive comments. They can also mention what they think you should vid more of, or anything else concerning what they like about your vidding. If you don't want anything like suggestions for what you should vid more, just mention it in your original comment.

anoel, my vids can be found here or at the AO3 here. I'm super multifannish but some fandoms I've vidded more than once are Glee, Once Upon a Time, Game of Thrones, Queer as Folk, Parks and Recreation and Homeland.

Get Me Bodied is such a fun, wonderful, gorgeously edited vid that perfectly captures the spirit of the character, and it makes me smile super-wide! I also think Final Round is wonderful, so expressive and thoughtful and smart. But probably my favourite of your vids is Give Me Everything - it was one of the things that pulled me back to Parks and Rec when I'd watched the first season and disliked it, and it fills me with joy to rewatch!

I think of your vid Drumming so often, it epitomizes one of my most beloved characters so well, and her illness, and the reasons why I identify with her. I see myself in that vid a lot and I cry every time I watch it.
Your vids are among the first ones I ever saw when I got into vidding and I remember many of them fondly and they taught me so much about timing, clip use and how to make a vid flow right. Grow Old With Me, Through the Deep Dark Woods and Afire Love are my recent faves of yours.
And, I've told you that before but it bears repeating, you motivate me to vid more than ANYONE ELSE, by talking about vidding as passionately as you do and because you always have encouraging words when vidding feels hard. <3

I don't know if anyone loves their fandoms as much as you love your fandoms tbh. I Love It is one of the best "I love this show and IDGAF what you think" vids ever. Beyond that, your stanning for femslash is refreshing and sorely needed IMO and you've made one of my personal faves for Festivids in each of the past few years. Through the Deep Dark Wood and All We Got are particular standouts...and speaking of that first vid, WHAT is going on with them this season, omg.

Your vids are so great! Even though I gave up on the show itself, I love watching your Game of Thrones vids. Give Me Everything is what made me really want watch Parks and Rec, it's such a joy! And I always love your stuff for Festivids; Get Me Bodied, All We Got, and Through the Deep, Dark Woods are ones I rewatch all the time :D

Your. Vids. Are. AMAZING. It makes me ANGRY how amazing they are. You have some of the crispest, most on-point editing I've ever seen, and I can't deal with it. I rewatched Through The Deep Dark Woods recently and flailed all over again at how INTENSE it is, and how you really get everything you possibly can out of the source material. (omg Wes and Annalise though). And your Life of Pi vi makes me CRY. It's one of my favourite books, and the film was wonderful but I think your vid is even closer to everything I love about the book than the film is. I don't know what it is about your clip choices or your editing that makes it all so smooth and seemless and full of FEELINGS, but it's glorious and please don't ever stop.

I agree with laura and dc -- you are totally shameless in making whatever the fuck you want because YOU want to, and you do it REALLY WELL, and that's what I love most about both you and your vids. You are also just a ridiculously talented editor and storyteller, and I always feel lucky to be able to watch you create your visions.

I always joke that I wish I could love things as much as Anoel and hate things as hard as Vera. It's true though, you have a strong passion and it shows.

My faves are probably your femslash ones, especially Past the Feeling, and All We Got.

Your viiiiiiids! Such fun! Such style! Such feels! Don't Wanna Dance makes me so happy because it exists and is perfect, and your Parks & Rec/Pitch Perfect mashup is basically the best that has ever happened. I watch it ALL THE TIME and I can't listen to any of the Pitch Perfect songs without seeing it on my eyelids. I have particularly enjoyed how the last few festivids, I have puzzled over some of the awesomest (Through the Deep, Dark Wood; All We Got) just blown away, like WHO MADE THEM, and it was yoooou. :D I still really adore In the Sun too, and how you capture Becca's looks and feelings so perfectly. And I won't even mention your season 4 The Wire vid because it is RUDE and makes me cry.
