I finally bought tickets for the trip to Vividcon. Yay!
I was going to throw myself on the mercy of my f'list to determine whether I should write, vid, see The X Files: I Want to Believe, or see The Dark Knight, but my knee hurts, so I am just going to go home and do whatever requires the least effort.
I do not understand why I can't find an employer who will pay me to read, watch TV, write fiction, or vid all day. What am I doing wrong?

VIVIDCON YAY!
BTW, based on
Re: VIVIDCON YAY!
Mely, if you're at all interested in seeing the movie, don't read my review because it spoils EVERYTHING. I'd go as far as to say: 1) the plot was made of Epic Fail and 2) your ability to ignore the plot and enjoy the movie will be directly proportional to how much you still care about MSR (for which there were several moments of fan-service.)
Dark Knight has a lot of thematic problems and would probably make you sporktastic on several fronts, but it *is* a grand spectacle and I found a lot of enjoy about it. It's really freakin' grim though.
