Desperate person will trade fic for food icon.

So I have this bitmap that I'd like to make into an animated icon. Problem one is that I don't have anything that could convert the bitmap into a jpeg and problem two is that I don't have anything to animate icons.

This is me with my best imploring look and a promise to write you a ficlet if you'll help me out. I'll even try to make it not depressing.

I can easily convert bmp to jpg. Haven't tried animating an icon, but I bet I could figure it out pretty quickly. What'd ya have in mind?

Animated icons are GIFs, not JPEGs. And I think you need a program capable of stacking the different frames together and binding it all into one picture file.
