Vimeo's video reviewing tools look incredibly useful for betaing vids, but are limited to paid viewers. It looks like there are a bunch of free tools out there that do the same thing, though -- has anyone tried them out?

Wow, that does look really cool. I haven't beta'ed or used a beta in a few years, but I am kind of wanting beta feedback on my WIP and this tool is neat. What are the similar free tools?
