These "Three things about Character X in Y universe that I never told you" things are fascinating! It makes me so sad that my stories are too plotless to be suitable for them, and/or that mostly I don't know things until I write them. I mean, this is what I came up with for the Crossroads Demon in "Spider Bites On All Your Lovers":

Once she bargains Dean down to a year, she knows she could get him down to a day. An hour, even; ten minutes after seeing Sam's eyes open and alive. She doesn't bother because there's no challenge in it. And because, to be honest, a year seems like a fine amount of time to enjoy the gradiations of Dean Winchester suffering.

She'll be able to drop in on him anytime after the year, too, of course, but once they're a sure thing, they're just not as much fun.
