hrm, Christian myself, but personally? I thought the icon was lovely. It could be offensive, but I'd in the sense someone unfamiliar with the Yuletide challenge would go WTF? and flip. But heh, people unfamiliar with fandom flip out in that sense over fandomy things on a fairly regular basis. It would come with the fandom territory I think. (BTW, the icons are gorgeous)
