I love the Joan, but I was not expecting the Joan. So now it's stuck in my head, and I was kind of enjoying the song that had been there previously.

Which of course I have now completely forgotten. Dang. Such is the nature of earworms.

Me too! Which just goes to show how much my husband's power-pop fixation has warped me in recent years, because the Joan Jett song was ingrained in me by countless hours of Top 40 radio play during an impressionable time of life.
