I've never been so glad to go to the pinch hit list. This is a fantastic story completely aside from how well it remixes my drabble. There are so many things I love about it, but I think one of my favorites is how you've humanized Rei and thus complicated the Kurosaki household in psychologically plausible ways. There are layers and layers to the story, and I'm enjoying it just as much on a re-read.
